The Cittros team is comprised of experienced Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 architects and consultants, led by Managing partner/CEO Thomas Meede and partner/COO Thomas Jensen. Our focus is on retail- and service-oriented companies who are looking into implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO).

Each Cittros architect and consultant has a wide range of skills that has allowed us to complete large and complex projects in Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia, ranging from the analysis, design and development phases to deployment, maintenance, performance optimization, and upgrades.

Cittros stays current on the Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 technology stack, ERP functionalities, and processes. We network and work closely with Microsoft on future product development and enhancements, in addition to regularly participating in Microsoft-led education and events.

Thomas seeks to be at the forefront of the Microsoft and Dynamics 365FO technology stacks, ERP functionality and processes by taking on strategic, complex projects and engaging in Microsoft preview programs. He has specific industry experience in shared service center implementations, finance, trade and logistics.

His understanding of the technical D365FO platform architecture is a result of extensive work on large-scale ERP system implementations across Europe and North America. Thomas excels at analyzing complex business requirements across various sectors and transforming them into elegant solutions, using the Microsoft Dynamics D365FO development toolbox. Thomas’ experience with managing development teams – both on-site and remotely – allows him to oversee global projects on behalf of Microsoft and large Dynamics partner organizations.

Inga approaches projects by carefully analyzing functional requirements and following the development lifecycle methodology. Her vast experience in project and stakeholder management allows her to act as an effective liaison between internal and external parties. She is also experienced in training management and users and developing custom learning materials for all organizational levels.
